Piling & Groundwork

At the heart of all conservatories and orangeries lies the groundwork. Traditionally external tradesmen have been called upon to dig footings and lay the concrete foundations leaving the installer reliant on third parties before even starting the installation. SmartBase returns control of time, customer communication and cashflow of the project to the installer.

Concrete Pads

SmartBase can be installed directly onto a series of small concrete pads with minimal ground disturbance, delays and without the need for external trades people.

Piling

SmartBase can also be installed on an easy to use piling system which offers the following advantages:

  • Fast & simple
  • Reduce reliance on external tradesmen
  • Lightweight portable piling installer
  • Helical piles capable of over 3 tonne load per pile All stages of the Groundwork installation can be easily undertaken by the installer without the need for external tradesmen.
